Your agents are working. Now you can see exactly where things stand

Teams are scaling from one agent to dozens running in parallel. But the only way to know what's stuck is to go looking – one work item at a time. That's not a workflow, that's a scavenger hunt.

My agent sessions is a new section on your Jira home page that pulls every session into one prioritized view — so you can unblock what's stalled, redirect what’s off-track, and make sure the time you saved with agents actually stays saved.

How it works

From the For You page in Jira, select the My agent session tab. You'll see every agent session you've started, across all your Jira spaces, grouped by what needs your attention.

Sessions are organized by state:

  • Needs input – the agent hit a decision point and is waiting on you

  • Working – the agent is actively running

  • Finished – the agent completed its work and outputs are ready for review

Sessions are sorted by recency so the most recent activity is always on top. Click any session card and the work item panel with the full context: what the agent did, current state, and next steps. Unblock, approve, or redirect without opening a new tab.

What you can do

Validate at a glance

All agent activity across all your spaces, sorted by recency. No more searching boards, lists, or individual work items to see what your agents are doing.

Catch what’s stalled

Sessions that need your input surface first so blockers don’t sit hidden for hours.

Act in place

Open the work item panel, see agent outputs, and unblock, redirect, or approve without leaving the page.

Start new sessions

Kick off an agent directly on a work item via quick actions from your For You page.

Get notified

Sessions that stall appear in your recommended feed the next time you open Jira.

Ready to try it?

Open your For You page in Jira. If you’re already using agents, you’ll find all your sessions under the My agent sessions tab, organized and ready to act on.
